Election Day is November 8, 2022
Beginning with this election, Scott County will be utilizing a new elections system which will incorporate the use of paper ballots in compliance with upcoming requirements set forth by the Mississippi Voting Modernization Act.

Absentee Voting
Next week is the final week for absentee voting. Voters who are eligible for absentee voting may cast their votes at the Circuit Clerk's office, located inside the Scott County Courthouse, on the following days:
Saturday, October 29th from 8:00am - Noon
Monday, October 31st - Friday, November 4th from 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, November 5th from 8:00am - Noon
